I have no picture on my less than two year old Samsung. It has audio and when you shine a light on the screen, you can see a very dim picture. How much will it be to get that fixed? Will it be worth it or do I need to start looking at new TVs.

That's what I was thinking. It's probably not worth fixing.

Unfortunately that's the way things are now. It's a shame.

Go get it priced at a samsung authorized repair shop. I had my tv repaired a year or two ago after a similar problem happened. It worked out for me

Most TV repair guys are out of business nowadays. Parts pricing and availability did them in. Hopefully yours is still under warranty. If not, throw it in the trash and get a new one

Smack it on the side a couple of times, and it should be like brand new

Have you contacted Samsung? I got my current Samsung fixed under warranty and it's been good for 7+ years.

That's why you always get the extended warranty on TVs

Who the hell repairs TV's? 2 years is a bummer, but do they actually have tv repair shops anymore?

There is one off Sherwood. It's behind the beauty/hair school. It cost $30 to get an estimate. My 50" was a $200 repair.

All the HDMIs went out on my dads 52" Sony. Bought $30 main circuit board on ebay and replaced it in less than 30 minutes. If you can operate a Phillips head screw driver your qualified to replace a circuit board.
