Honestly getting pretty sick of almost no one being at fault for this type of outcome. If subjectivity is now law, just tell me. I'll do shite differently, too.

She shot him because he reached in the car. She had no idea why he reached in, so she just shot him. The cop standing next to her was so concerned he just fired his taser. I honestly believe she didn't realize she had her gun and thought she was firing her taser as well. it would actually explain the whole situation better.

The Golden Driller is the cause of all of Tulsa's problems.

Cry me a fricking river.

Wtf do you think sanctuary cities are? Of course the law is subjective. The fricking democrats made it so.

So what is the justice system supposed to do? Sacrifice some innocent cop who's just trying to do his job just to appease YOU?

She knew she had a gun. She has not disputed that. He reached in the car and she fired her gun and her fellow officer fired his taser at the same time. They are trained to not wait for him to pull his arm back out. If they do, they pay for it with their lives. Her back up officer testified that if when he pulled up she would have only had her taser drawn, he would have pulled his gun and would have fired it at the same moment.

Lord no... Justice is shooting a man only to find out later he was innocent. At least the innocent cop appeases YOU.

As long as juries are the deciders of guilt or innocence, the law will be somewhat subjective. The jury makeup is everything.

I figured once he tested positive for PPC, they weren't going to convict the officer. The testimony of the other officer definitely helped her cause.

You expect police to gamble with their lives so they can wait to find out if he is "innocent" or not? Is innocent being high on PCP and wholly uncompliant reaching in his car for god knows what?

Uh, yeah. I expect cops to know why they're shooting.

Autopsy results are kind of final.
