Tuesday Gainz Train: what's on the menu?

What are you doing today to produce some sweet gainz? For me the main course is bench press then some dips, pendlay rows and triceps work...cap it off with some bike intervals.

Had eggs, wheat toast, and bacon for breakfast.
Lunch is going to probably chicken, brown rice, and veggies.
Workout? It's Leg Day for this guy.

4 jumbo eggs and a bowl of plain oatmeal for this guy.
Lunch will be spinach, turkey, blackeye peas, and a potato.
Not sure what the workout will be but ill look real good in my tapout shirt(too big for me), my tapout shorts(again, 3 sizes too big so you can barely see my ankles), and my monster energy hat(tilted ever so slightly) because bitches love the monster hat.

Skipped breakfast. Will work at my desk all day. Leftover pizza and some chips or something for lunch. Evening plan is a six pack of high quality hops and LSU basketball. Maybe some wine with my red meat dinner.

Pineapple for breakfast, pistachios and homemade paleo beef jerky for snacks today. Chicken, broccoli and sweet taters for lunch. Seared tuna steaks for dinner.

Free chicken biscuit from Chic Fil A with a medium coffee, 1 large red delicious apple and 2 servings of Bear Naked Vanilla Almond granola.
Today is back/leg with some core day for me and then as many pick up games of 5 on 5 at LA Fitness till my feet blister and my nipples bleed.

Salad with chicken breast for an early lunch. Half pound of 93% lean ground beef, low carb tortillas and sour cream and cheese later in the day. 5 mile run tonight.
