I've noticed these same baws also shave their forearms too.

Me neither it took rewording a search several times to find a pic of someone doing it.
I never noticed it before, but it looks like nearly all of the flatbill guys do it.
It really does bother a lot of people. Half the pictures in a search for "tucking ears into flat bill cap" are threads on bulletin boards asking what's up with it.
