Yea walked in front doors at a big mall once and slipped and landed on my back right in front of food court. Got up and acted like nothing happened though.

I slid about 10' down an 50' staircase in front of some people. Hard hat flew and all. Hopped up with nothing hurt but my ego. Use railings, people.

Always use at least three points of contact.

No, I am the most graceful and fleetest of foot.

Except in winter sports. I'm like a newborn giraffe on skis or ice skates.

Nope but I laugh my arse off when I see someone else do it. I'd expect nothing less from someone if I tripped and fell.

I can't recall ever falling down in front of people, but if I did I think my reaction would be to immediately stand up and take a bow, acknowledging my frick up.

Falling down in public to me is the equivalent of being in an argument with someone on here and stating something as 100% fact, only to have it disproven 2 posts later. It sucks. Happened to me once, maybe twice, or ten times. All you can do is face it and

Now if it happens to someone else......

Not trip and fall but as far as embarrassing. While at ULM on a windy day my hat blew off and did that thing where as soon as you bend over to grab it, it blows off again. Happened like 3 times and then after 4th time I bent over to grab it and hit head on an opened steel door. Put hat on, looked over and I know at least 40 people were standing there watching me. I tried to play cool by lighting a cigarette and of course it was too windy to light it. What a dufus i am.

Years ago an employee stopped up the toilet with paper then flooded the bathroom on purpose. He bashed his own forehead and made a point to show it to several other employees before leaving for the hospital. He then sued my company and the building owner. He was on camera walking perfectly fine back to our office talking on the phone then putting on the show where he was woozy and couldn't stand up.

He got zero.

Tripped on the top step of school bus my first day at new school. Fell flat on my face and everyone laughed including my older brother who I looked up to for assistance. He was pointing down at me laughing.

Exactly. The moment ppl stop laughing at you & are concerned instead for tripping is when you know you are officially old
