Trademarks and Trademark Attorneys

Any one here own a Trademark? If so what was your experience? Did you use an attorney or do it yourself? How much it cost you? How long did it take? if you did it yourself how was the lines of communication with the federal govt? Would like to do it my self but scared it will be like trying to get someone on the phone at the IRS.

I trademarked a picture of a butt with a picture of a butt inside of it outlined by a double circle (another butt).

Yes. Use the best attorney you can afford. Trademark and Copyright law is very tricky in my experience.

It is a lot easier to do a trademark search now due to the internet. I remember having to do them the hard way before the net.
