Looking to replace an older toilet. Nothing too fancy or expensive but a solid, mid-range one would be nice.

Not sure if this matters but we've had no previous issues with clogging.

Goal is to use this home as a rental in 3-4 years so low maintience would be great.

Bought the American Standard Cadet 3 for the 3 bathrooms here. The 3 inch discharge from the tank is really powerful. No issues. I got the 17" high ones because I might be old one day.

Sloan Flushmate. That thing is great. Powerful flush that will blow a roll of Bounty to your septic tank. No more weak flushes or fecal dirt left in the bowl. Scares the hell out of you the first few times you flush it tho.

If you don't want it to ever clog, get a Toto. I have yet to jam mine up.

Ordered it from Amazon

This is what I put in my three bathrooms. Get the elongated bowl. Much better feel than the round bowl.

Google American Champion Toilet golf ball flush. There is nothing better, you could flush a possum down these things and not clog
