Today I have watched four Mexicans form, pour and finish my new patio.

They also busted up part of my driveway and repoured it. They have worked like mules, and have done an excellent job.
These men could be seen on every rooftop in New Orleans after Katrina. They more or less rebuilt this city. They come here to work, and they work. They don't think anybody owes them anything. Which is more than I can say for vast segments of the native population.
I am pretty right wing, but I would support some sort of effort to give these guys a path to citizenship if they want it, provided we close the border.

They take all the crappy jobs any educated person wouldn't want. I don't have a problem with it. But I do think it's bullshite that companies are being forced to have Spanish versions of everything. Here in Alabama we speak English. Learn it.

Building house. The Mexicans worked their asses off and we are 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

I am 1,000% for a closed and secure border.
I also make my living in the construction industry and know 1,000% that this country would crumble under its own weight without the Hispanic working population.

shite. If it weren't for our neighbors to the south not a single house in Dallas would be framed, roofed, have a paved street in front of it, a new tollway to get to it or well...
