Tips for 60yro just back in the game.

I have a friend - really. He's a 60 yro professional. Wife passed two years ago. I am trying to help him move ahead. He is interested in getting out there.
But he doesn't know where to start.
Any match sites worth trying? I am happily married and no clue on this stuff. And where better than the OT to get dating advice? Am I right?
