I'm pretty sure kip is a white guy tbh. Kinda like OJ.
They don't really fit in with the African American community
Super nice guy if you ever meet him in person. I have no qualms with the guy, I think he's been fine as mayor.

He's doing a good job of not stoking the flames.
The irony of all the hate towards him from the St George movement is that he's possibly the best mayor for the white parts of town that BR has ever had and did so while putting the city parish in good financial shape. (Best credit rating in Louisiana)

Kip is an alright guy.
No matter what he does have the round things that hang below his woo hoo to stand up for what he thinks is right.
At times I bet some people don't like him and at times the same people like him.
At the end of the day he does have those round things below his woo hoo which a lot of politicians don't have to get things done.
You have to respect that in the kipper.
