Who ya got? Blue Angels look so cool with their colors, don't think I've ever seen Thunderbirds though.

They both do similar shows. The Angels are more popular.
I've seen both at Belle Chasse and/or Keesler air shows.

Bert Jones' brother was a Thunderbird pilot, so I'll go with them.

This.

I've seen the Thunderbirds more times, but saw the Blue Angels for the first time at Wings Over Houston last year. There was just a different level of awe for me.

Blue Angels. Everyone knows the Navy has the best aviators.

See that's what I've always been told is that Navy has the best pilots.

well, landing on an aircraft carrier is a lot harder than landing on a two mile long runway, that's for sure.

They're basically the same thing on different airframes.

Do you often make comments about subjects you know nothing about?

Blue Angels are the premiere flight team. Much respect for the Thunderbirds though.

They catch a rolling meatball with no land marks and use a tailhook to stop?
Not to mention get shot airborne in 240 feet?

Navy pilots > AF, and its not close.

I'm trying to figure out how the take off and landing techniques used by the air force and navy determines which pilots are better.

You don't know what I know regarding the subject, or perhaps you're a psychic?
