Three armed men invade your home at 2am. What do you do?

1. Three men are armed with small caliber pistols
2. You hear them and realize they are there 30 seconds before getting into your house
3. You don't know their intentions. They could be cops, for instance, using a no knock warrant
4. Your family is home and asleep in their rooms
5. The men come in from different points of entry
What's your plan of action?

I wake up and have 30 seconds until they get in? I reach behind my head and grab my street sweeper, walk to the door/window they are climbing in and blow them to hell as they enter. A much bigger fear would be waking up with them already in the house.

Your scenario is really the best thing that could possibly happen. Change it to you waking up at 3am to the back door alarm being breached

Call 911. Get my shot gun from next to the bed that is fully loaded and my 9mm out of the night stand. Give 9mm to wife and have her hide on the ground in the closet. Take shotgun to hallway and wait for soon to be dead intruders to get in my line of sight.
ETA: This is all assuming the see and hear my rottie that will be barking and growling while they're fiddling around trying to get in and still decide my house is the one they have to get in.
ETA 2: Considering your 5th point, my plan is the same unless one of the points of entry is my bedroom window. That guy is getting blasted while he tries to get in.

This. I have an open floor plan and can cover their safe room and all of the entrances/entrance hall ways from one good corner in the kitchen with my shotty.

then me and the wife run to the daughters room to grab her and I put them in the closet while I switch the breaker box to off (its in my daughters closet for some reason), then I sit in the main hallway and wait

(We live in a two story home, bedrooms up top) I get the wife awake. Once they breech the front door, the wife and dog exit through the window in the master bath on the back side of the house and hightail it across the back yard (there are no main level windows they could be seen through) to the neighbor's house and call the cops. I grab the artillery and post up in the spare bedroom angled at the top of the stairs where it is not possible for them to see and identify me before they are already in my line of sight. I'll give them a fair warning to declare themselves as police, then it's open season.
I've thought this through before, and I like me and my family's chances very much against anything less than a SWAT team.

With a full 30 seconds?
Grab shotgun
Grab .357
Dial 911 and leave phone on bed
Turn on porch lights
If they're still come in, shoot them.
I REALLY don't want to deal with the headache of shooting someone, so I'd at least try the lights to scare them off.
