As a nut allergy sufferer, please heed this advice. Don't just have Snickers you insensitive pricks.

ETA: But frick that shite about the other allergies. They don't even need to be outside much less trick-or-treating.

if your kid is allergic to nuts, dairy, and gluten, then maybe the responsible parenting thing to do would be to not let your kid go trick or treating

Shouldn't the kid and the parent know what allergies they have and what they can and can't eat? Dump that shite on the floor and throw out the things they can't eat along with the candy corn.

Well my child is a Type 1 diabetic and he can't eat hardly any of the shite. He doesn't complain at all, because he has been taught that there are kids that are dying and ailing of much worse shite than not being able to eat candy and having to wear an insulin pump. Teach your kid that the world isn't fair and that it doesn't have to cater to you or your needs, you are responsible for adapting and overcoming, not the other way around.

Or if you really cared, you'd do what has been done in my neighborhood by the folks down the street that have a kid with an allergy.

They go a week or so before Halloween and give parents on the street some candy to give to their kid and tell us what he will be dressed as so he can still partake in Halloween while getting candy that he can eat.

I try to be very conscious of peanut allergies in young trick or treaters every year. It's not that hard to substitute candy with nuts in it like crunch bars for peanut butter based candy like twix.

Toosleaux, you should be teaching parenting classes! If only more parents had this attitude.

I already pulled my patio lights out so that they don't come on when your little shits are looking for candy welfare from satanic democrats. Stay off my lawn.
