flying down the center turn lane
This is a pet peeve. These people barrel down shoulders and shared center turning lanes way way too far in advance, to pass other cars as if risking the lives of everyone around them is worth getting to their destination 40 seconds faster. Its amazing how homicidal people are behind the wheel. Its usually males in pickup trucks.

The first dead person I ever saw was a motorcycle fatality on the interstate when I was 10 years old. Haven't ever bought a motorcycle and never plan to.

I'm an a-hole, not the guy driving liking an a-hole? Falling wouldn't have killed him, just hurt his douchebag ego.
I hope you fall off your crotch rocket the next time you hotdog on the roads.

I really wish they would but a raised median on that road and had designated turning lanes

Saw a pedestrian get whacked by a car at about 40 mph a while back. That was a distinctive "thud."
Saw the rescue squad pull a kid out of a lake on some family property. Never really want to see something like that again.

FYI the motorcyclist survived.
Good, but he's going to be seriously fricked up.
I hope he sues the truck driver and everyone he's connected to financially.

Can't say I understand this part.

I've seen two motorcyclists die live right in front of my eyes. Both were doing stupid shite, still a haunting image I still carry with me. Super sad and would never let anyone I love get on one without trying my damnedest to convince them not to.

Hate the people that fly down the center lane. But also it should be noted that it is not designed to be a lane to turn left into and then stop to merge into the moving traffic.

On Seigen? Not possible. Way too many businesses/places to turn. Unless you want tons of people making U-Turns on that stretch.

Same. Two motorcycle fatalities I knew, one tab red light and was t'ed, the other was popping a wheelie at dusk, incoming turning car never saw his headlight.

Just to watch him die?
Posted on 7/30/15 at 11:14 pm to wadewilson
From what I understand, bruises, maybe broken ribs, broken hip(s).
Posted on 7/30/15 at 11:37 pm to Walt OReilly
Why do we say 'dead body' but not 'live body?'
Posted on 7/30/15 at 11:50 pm to Halftrack
I refer to them as "the deceased"
