for the red carpet its:
Dress:
Sports gear is mandatory! It is very important that your attire has some element of sports in it (sports hats, jerseys, t-shirts etc) as you will be on camera. When you look great, the show looks great! We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately.

wanna make sure that the award show isnt like black tie, going to try to get selected for the award show

Award show is at minimum a jacket. It's formal.

I have not read through the entire thread, but what is there to do on a regular night (not weekend) this week? If I just went to go walk around the Square and check out the sets, will there be stuff going on, or are they pretty much done after the day time?

I'm not talking about all the parties and awards shows.

Don't want to be the douche that bumps the thread, but I'm really looking for some input.

They have free concerts at Woldenberg park on the river starting later this week. There will be plenty to do if you just want to walk around.

Yea, I was thinking about just going to see the sets they have setup, but figured it wouldn't be that great if nothing was going on.

Parking info is on the 2nd page. You could also park uptown and take the magazine st bus for cheap to downtown.
