From seeing post on Gary Chambers I went to the page. Apparently it is a group where they try to get people fired over comments on social media.

Bunch of black folks trying to get white people fired over FB posts. They fear no repercussions... because they don't have jobs.

In fairness, those people don't seem to be very smart, and if their profile is public and has a bunch of friends, they made it that much easier for someone to pick up on it.

Given, that first post was really bad. It's one thing to call the black community out for abusing government assistance, embracing criminal activity, promoting drug use, and turning race baiting into careers, but it's another to say "you're welcome" for buying their ancestors and turning them into slaves
And there's no such thing as free speech as far as job security goes. Don't post stupid things on Facebook that are likely to reflect poorly on your company.
It's unfortunate that working people can't give an honest opinion anymore and the non-working people on the other side of the aisle can call us all racists. Then we have to sit back and take it. But that's the way it has to be if we want to keep our jobs right now
