Yes...a pile of wood near a waterbody. Let's let our daughter explore in that.

Nothing to worry about ever lives in a woodpile by a river.

i cant believe how calm the dad is.

"look at what i found she says". "ok just put it in the water, put it down"

Yeah that would not be my reaction as a dad.

Having two small kids all I can say is, "What in the actual frick is wrong with those parents!?!?"

We are outdoor people, but my boys, at 4 and 2, already know the dangers of messing with the wrong snake.

Eta: I can't stop rewatching this shite....dont know if it's funny, moronic, or darwenese

My daughter is 5 and knows not to catch a snake unless Im there. She is too scrared on her own. I havent been able to catch a snake for her yet. She already knows not to mess with the ones that have eyes like a cat.

Lol wtf I wouldn't trust a 5 year old to get close enough to a snake to see what its eyes look like

Unknown by my wife and I, my son once brought several baby snakes in our house when he was five or so and put them in the sink for safe keeping. Luckily they couldn't get the traction to get out, but pretty sure my wife almost fainted.
