A few questions for those with some fitness knowledge::slowly looks at 777
When I started I was at 245lbs. Decided to change my diet to the paleo or caveman diet(basically no grains, or dairy) and got back on P90X(plan on doing Spartacus when I'm done). A few years ago, I did a mix of P90X and just running outside right after graduating school and dropped from 320lbs(at my heaviest) down to 212lbs(at my lightest). In doing so I will freely admit that I did not do it in the healthiest of ways(i.e. not eating at all, doing a P90X workout, and then going for at least a 3 mile run), which probably played an important role in putting some of the weight back on. As of this moment I'm down to 226lbs, but haven't seen the scale move too much in a while. What can I do to get off this plateau?
