If you like your gf enough to keep her outside of sex then cheat but not with the office girl Lara. Sorry no shitting where you eat. Also, no online profiles. Start a hobby where you go alone on weeknight evenings: gym, boxing, music lessons, kayaking, etc. Go on your dates on these nights.
