I bet if the cashier were making $15 an hour her customer service skills would have been much better and the experience more pleasant for everyone involved.

Asking if the posted price is correct is not confrontational. Charging more than the posted price is unethical, if not illegal.
Charging $5.50 for a wrap ought to be criminal, especially in a college caf. What were the ingredients?
