Since some people conflate science with climate change and others reject the biology of the sexes.

this applies to many, MANY beliefs of liberals and progressives
it's just that they seized on the niche industry of academia decades ago and now hold a stranglehold on the elite class of the intelligentsia. they get to decide what is worthy of study, what gets published, and literally prevent studies/data that attacks their beliefs to become public

I'm pretty liberal about social issues, but when you start to tell me that your gender can change daily, I think you have some sort of personality disorder or some chemical imbalance.

Like the science that our sex is encoded in our DNA and that no amount of outside hormones or genital mutilation can change that. That a dress and your made up gender doesn't magically make you a woman.
Let's embrace all science. You don't get to cherry pick what science you believe because it supports your agenda.
