Hopefully it gentrifies the fricked out of the Presidents streets. That's prime real estate that is ruined by the trash that lives there.

That dock is already under construction as well as a lot of the campus on the levee side

I'm talking about the actual dock that extends into the river.

It's considered a landmark (not sure if official) and early designs were to have the building sit on it but removal was never even considered.

They're still there except for one, just in pretty bad shape. That one at the northwest corner is gone and the digital is no longer diagonal. Little bit of spalling but in decent shape considering how old it is. I've seen bridges still in operation that look much worse.

But yeah, the area will only be the width of the part that returns to the new building that use to have the conveyor on it.
