When they went into the restroom, they found a placenta in the trash and an umbilical cord hanging from the toilet. The infant was partially submerged in toilet water and crying, said West Covina Police Spokesman Rudy Lopez.

The employees called 911 at 8:34 a.m. Paramedics rushed the baby boy to a local hospital, where he remains in critical condition, Lopez said.

Disgusting woman. I hope this baby grows up to become president.

The people who say this are the ones who leave babies in toilets.

Serious question...

From everything I've seen, read, and heard about childbirth from movies, TV, conversations with people, etc. I get the impression that it is an extremely painful and, apparently, quite lengthy process.

So how is it that a woman can shuffle into a bathroom, pop out a kid, and walk out without ANYONE noticing? Obviously, this isn't the first time something like this has happened.

Seriously, do women and pop culture overly dramatize childbirth or something? Seems like it always involves loud grunting, screaming, frantic requests for pain medication, etc.

What's the deal?

When a dog is crazy they just eat poop and possibly chew on furniture....maybe bite. When people are crazy they can do terrible terrible soul shaking things.

I assume that the woman was obese and had already had multiple children.

I'm wondering the same too. I thought if you didn't have hot water and a doctor the baby would blow up or something, these trashy bitches just drop em in public bathrooms like a terd

Nah its easy, it takes like 5 minutes and is barely more painful then taking a dump.

I've had a few dumps where I wished I had an epidural.

Yes it's absolutely over dramatized. Just think about it. Would something that's absolutely necessary for the continuation of our species be unbearably painful and require a hospital setting? Of course not. Their bodies are made to give birth. Childbirth is the one thing they can hold over our heads that makes them seem tough because they know we can't try it ourselves to see how bad it really is. It also gives them another time in their life where they get loads of attention and people waiting on them hand and foot (see: weddings)

WTF does Jared have to do with this?

quote:

The mother, Mary Grace Trinidad, 38, left behind a trail of blood which officers used to track her down at a Pep Boys store in the same shopping center and arrested her, Lopez said.

Trinidad faces charges of attempted murder and child abandonment. Bail will be set at $2 million, according to Lopez. She was also wanted on a $30,000 warrant for drug charges

Anyways, this lady is a mess and will be put away for quite some time.

just hope the lil critter makes it...
