One day ill go to Thailand and visit lumpinee stadium. I'm sure some fights were fixed just like the yakuza (Japanese mafia) fixed fights in pride and other mma events.
Muay Thai however is nothing like pro wrestling.

Many boys will fight professionally in their teens and will have over 100 fights. Not uncommon for many to retire in late 20's to early 30's.
