10 years total.

6 years enrolled.

Booted out twice for GPA. Left twice because of issues.

My transcript is either As or Fs. I may have one D and one C.

I drank too much, explored asia, have seen the US, bought a house with a pool, smashed hoes, and went 70k into debt.

Clawing my way out.

If I did it again, out in 24 months.. I could have graduated college at 19.

General Studies is just as valuable as most college degrees. Certainly as valuable as most humanities degrees.

I imagine it would hurt next to no one and greatly benefit a huge segment of the populace. It works in quite a few places in the world. It YOUR case you would have gotten out of college at the same age and not been such a frick up.
