You should learn to speak Arabic if you're planning on being involved in any high level business or real estate dealings

While I have not lived there but spent spans of time there for business reasons, I consider it the most livable city in Latin America.

The city of Miami is very poor and dirty actually. South Beach is where it's at and that's extremely expensive.

We go down a couple of times a year to get away from the cold weather. We stay in South Beach which isn't indicative of the rest of the city.

My wife has relatives in Miami (Kendall). I had no problem with the area and always enjoyed visits there. We haven't visited that area in quite a while.

Buenos Aires and Santiago laugh at this.
