WARREN COUNTY, Ohio — A teen mom charged in the death of her newborn baby has been released on bond.

Brooke Skylar Richardson, 18, was indicted on five counts including aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter, child endangering, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse.

"I can tell you that Brooke Skylar Richardson did not kill her baby," defense attorney Charlie Rittgers said.

Appearing before Judge Donald Oda Monday morning, Richardson pleaded not guilty and her attorney requested a lower bond.

Oda granted her a $50,000 bond, saying he did not believe she posed an imminent threat.

If people suspect you killed your newborn, you killed your newborn.

How do some of the horrific people get bail or bond? Keep them locked up.

Well, hopefully, if she is guilty, she will just stick an icepick thru her temple and save a lot of tax money.

I know, right? You can go down to the clinic to have your baby killed for less than a grand and you get a lollipop and to make an attention whoring Facebook post.

If she committed the crime before she turned 18 then she can't be executed. Unfortunately.
