Anyone know how to manage tasks beyond "Subject" and "Date Due"?

I need to track so much more information and the Salesforce app my company has is too 'clunky' and not customizable at my level...

I've created labels for my required data fields, but I can't seem to figure out how to manage them beyond Outlook... i.e. on my phone, etc...

Basically, I need to know where these people are, so I don't start booking appointments all over the tri-state area...

For instance, this is what my task list looks like in Outlook:

And this is what the "New Task" offering is... it's VERY simple...

Does anyone have a suggestion to help get this sorted? Or maybe an app that will let me categorize and sort by groups, then be able to customize the data that I put in there... (i.e. the types of data in the first pic above?)

I basically need "My First CRM" app... very simple, no drilling down, no integration with a server/mainframe of data... just a semi-robust "To Do List" app... And I don't mind paying for it if it can satisfy what I need it to do...

I'll hang up now, TIA.

I don't have much experience with it but one of our project managers uses Todoist, I don't know if it'll do what you want but check it out it might

Treo and Wunderlist are pretty good. The native task thing with Google calendar is pretty good too.

Zoho has a decent task area. It should fit your needs. You can get 3 users free and assign tasks for those users or maybe groups in your case.

Damn!! Get Windows 8 or 10!! Your boss must think it's cool to cut corners with that archaic OS.

Can you elaborate at all?

They've started issuing Surface Pro's and I'm on the list... but I haven't received one yet.

What can I look forward to?
