Heading down there tomorrow and will be staying in the infield, does anyone know if you are allowed to have an open fire or does it have to be in a fire pit

Not sure about fire, but where there are rednecks there will be beer. Where there's beer and rednecks, there will be fire.

Rules be damned.

Good times.
Maybe one day it'll fall on an open date.

I'll buy the beer at the strip club in Anniston.

I went to Talladega a few times in the 90s. Every time I saw at least one Camper/RV burn and there was no fire ring.

Other knowledge I acquired at Dega. Who would have thought a row of porta johns could burn so fast.

I was hoping this thread wasnt started by an LSU fan. You're better than that man. NASCAR is for alabama rednecks.

If you still want to watch cars race watch Formula 1.

I have lived in Louisiana for 6 years and never seen a piece of NASCAR apparel, in contrast to my drive through Alabama where everyone seems to be wearing camo with a NASCAR hat.

Don't be trashy. Represent our state better. Thanks.

I realize I might get some dissent from my facts but that is because most of the people who clicked on this thread actually like NASCAR. Civilized people, the majority, ignore this thread as well as other trashy threads like "Who's watching Monday Night WWE?"

You are such a better person than everyone that goes to a nascar race

You sit at home with your list of honey do's and continue your higher way of living while me and all my redneck friends camp out and drink a frick ton of beer and watch racing

frick you

Move back to Spain, commie.

Attending a race > viewing a race on TV.

Keep stereotyping though, you're gonna miss some good times.
