First off, no pics.

1. Where is a good bar in the French Quarter to watch the State v. Auburn game at 2:30?

2. Names of some nice jewelry stores/women's boutiques in the area?

3. Is there a ferry that still runs to the zoo and aquarium?

4. Nice dining options?

TIA

I'd ask the F & D Board, and put the dinign question first. They'd help you out with the rest of the stuff too probably, more so than the OT

1) I really like the bar at the Royal Sonesta that is open to Bourbon Street.

2) No clue. Walk up and down Royal St. Every other one is owned by Jack Sutton.

3) Yes.

4) About a million, check the food and drink board.

Any bar with rainbow flags flying out in front of it is a good sports bar that will certainly have the game you're looking for.

WALK-ONS on Poydras - voted best sports bar in America

2. Names of some nice jewelry stores/women's boutiques in the area?
Riverwalk and Royal Street (parallel to Bourbon St)

4. Nice dining options?

Dude? It's one of the elite dinning cities in the WORLD. Commander's Palace, Pascal Manale's...who has time to list this? Search the Food and Bev board.

There's a nice bar on Baronne street called Jasmine. Definitely take her there.

Or like the other poster said, Collette's is a good spot nearby.

was going to suggest. It's a great place to hang out and make new friends with complete strangers.

Your GF can hang out in this room while you watch the game..
