Joking aside, maybe talk to a therapist. There's definitely outpatient assistance. If it's affecting a serious relationship, maybe try being honest with your partner, and they may be willing to help.

Serious answer, get rid of your internet for awhile. Are you that addicted you'd go buy magazines? If not, its really not that hard to live without your smart phone and internet at home for a month or a couple.
All these "internet" addictions go away pretty quickly without internet access.
