Looking for recomendations for something that's quiet and has enough power to run 2 tv's, speakers and a giant portable fan.

Does anyone have anything they're currently happy with?

depending on how far away you are going to place the generator you may want to look at the quiet ones. No clue on specifics.

I'm not sure if the Honda 2000w ones will run all of that, but those are fricking awesome, and hella quiet.

That's the one. We bought it about ten years ago, and it's still badass.

I run, a TV, Stereo, 3 fans(1 24" industrial, and 2 box fans), two crock pots and charge various devices just fine

i dont think it's /thread. He needs to worry about being able to push all of that on his generator.

Also those are the only things you listed but you 100% will end up wanting to run something else off of it. Always happens that way.

If you are close to your limit with the honda then you may want to think about going bigger.

only your big fan pushes all that much. if you were to upgrade to two industrial fans that honda wouldnt push it.

Without any doubt the Honda EU2000 will run all of those. We have 2 TV's, a rather loud (when we want it to be) stereo system, fans and lights at night that we run off of that thing. It is amazing.

The size of the TVs is pretty important, and those seem like pretty small fans (not like the one he mentioned in the OP).

Like I said, if he can run all of that on the 2000w Honda, then that's the one for sure. But if not, then he needs to go bigger. And like bbap just said, there always seems to be something else that needs power at some point, so even if he's on the edge of the 2000w, he might want to go bigger just in case.

Then OP can just get two of them. They are fuel efficient and quiet as all get out.

the 3000 is good, but its a little more cumbersome than the 2000.

You could also link two 2000 if you needed extra power on certain days

Our next tailgate purchase may be something like this. I'm sure it's not cheap at all. Right now we run 2 5500 but i think we could get away with 1 5500 and 1 honda 3000.

eventually maybe get it to 2-3 3,000s. It's 3 generator vs 2 but 3 of those honda vs 2 big dogs is no comparison. Give me the 3 honda any day.
