Just had one. It's the most filling $1 worth of food you can shove in your mouth. Great value IMHO.

Getting old is hell. I don't recommend turning 40-- or even 30-- to anyone. The metabolism goes, the food tolerances go, the hot women start calling you sir. Its shite.

The metabolism drop in men is pretty negligible, has very little to do with why men let themselves go in their 30s and 40s
