Strangest Uber Experience - what's yours?

Former Los Angeles Laker picked me up in an Uber. Great guy

Tried to get one to pick me up from a train station. Guy called me and told me he had to pick me up from somewhere else and I couldn't for the life of me figure out where he was or why the frick he couldn't pick me up at my requested location. Eventually gave up and cancelled.

I got into a Lyft that was listening to the Democratic Debate from the previous night. frick that guy.


I also had an Uber driver turn onto the Streetcar tracks on St. Charles.

I walked out of Madigan's one night and seen a guy putting his hands on a girls an kindly beat the shite out of him. Ended up spending like a week straight with the girl

Had some old guy take me to Hobby airport. He was just a weird dude and talked about when he was suicidal and stuff.

Got in uber intoxicated. They didn't know where the best strip club was. I found this strange as taxi drivers are always aware.

Nothing exciting, just had an older chick in a Lexus take us to the airport...she was jacked up on whatever, just talked and talked the whole time...but what made it strange was that she told the same story over and over again as we rode there. She'd end the story, we'd go "oh yeah," and she'd just start it again like it was new. Heard it like five or six times in 35 minutes.

Eta...wasn't even a good story, she was just unhappy with the way Uber drivers have to deal with airport rules.

Had a driver pick us up to take us to buckhead one night. She pulls up in this little green scion and she's gorgeous. She starts talking to me and my friends about how the nights going and then she asked If any of us had girlfriends, to which we all said no. She said oh that's too bad. She turned out to be a swinger and was going to some big sex party later that night.
