Has anyone ever switched from Verizon to Straight Talk? My contract is about up and seems like I could save some money with Straight Talk. What's the pro & con? TIA

Pro-no two year contracts when you join

Con-you talk to baboo bhatt if you have phone problems but I think that's standard with any carrier

Some of the straight talk phones use Verizon's network, but not the best ones. Most use Sprint. For customer service I would recommend messaging them on facebook over calling them. They are pretty responsive there.

Straight Talk runs off AT&T network at least here in BR. I use the same Verizon iPhone. No cons for me other than AT&T is slower than Verizon.

You should be able to buy a Straight Talk SIM card either directly or from Amazon/Ebay/whatever that's on any of the networks Straight Talk uses.

I have a straight talk Galaxy S4 that is on the Verizon network. No problems and it's easier on my checkbook.

It's 45 dollars a month. It's the best option that I know of

$45 a month 5g 4g lte. The only con for some people is when you want a new phone, you have to buy one instead of financing it through a carrier.

If you are on the Verizon network through Straight Talk, it's 3G, not 4G.
