Stiff Neck Home Remedies? What ya got?

Woke up in the night to what I think is a terrible crick in my neck. Ended up taking the day off and have been rotating heat and I've, also picked up some Aleve. Any other go tos to get my neck feeling right again?

I got a fancy tempurpedic pillow from a Relax the Back store and cleared me up after a couple days. I also bought a Dr Ho neck thing.

If it gets worse and you get cold symptoms, check with doctor. Meningitis symptoms involve neck soreness.
