A girl in our office is having a birthday party there tomorrow night and has invited everyone.
I've never been there and I'm not sure what to expect. Is this a nice place or pretty much a shithole?

Also, you may want to hold a brown paper bag next to your arm. If you are darker than said bag, you probably don't want to go. This pretty much goes for the city, not just the bar.

You will be tested with that attitude. Grew up in that place when it was Pure Country and Stevie G's. If you go in there and don't act like a cocky douche bag you'll be OK. The locals don't take lip from anyone and look out for each other. Great people there, but as usual a few bad eggs can ruin a good time. If she's from there I'm sure she will have a big group of locals with her, you should be fine.
