current case in Jacksonville

LINK

white guy shot a 17 year old black kid after an argument about loud music. If this guy gets off, there will be a lot of rabble rousing.

Guy claims he saw a gun in the car with the teenagers, but no gun was found. Case is going now, and the investigation is being questioned/criticized.

The shooter's story? Yeah, I'm not buying it either.

Dude will have fun in jail. Zimmerman got the free pass, and that won't be happening again IMO.

Very different cases. Zimmerman was being beaten. This guy shot a kid for playing music too loud. Stand your ground does not apply.

You're saying part 1 was Zimmerman and Trayvon? Because stand your ground was not used as a defense and did not apply because Zimmerman was trapped on the ground and had no duty to run because he could not get up.

Why do you think it sounds like bullshite? I think it's believable. I also think it's a crime to do what the shooter did.

No way white guy beats the charge unless he gets attacked.

Shooter is using it has his defense. The jury will determine whether it applies or not.

He can try Stand Your Ground as his defense, but he's facing life.
