St. Charles parish president arrested in Kenner for DUI

The caller followed the Tahoe onto Joe Yenni Blvd, where she said the erratic driving continued. Police say the caller feared the vehicle may have gone into the canal.
Officers pulled Cochran over after he entered the Chateau Estates subdivision. As he was being pulled over, Kenner Police say at one point the driver activated flashing blue lights.

When to school and played football with that Baw. I must admit, I was a bit surprised when I heard he was St. Charles Parish president.
I think the judicial system needs time to sort this out, the Baw probably just prescribed a new medication and has an untoward drug reaction.

My friends dad was the parish coroner and had a blue light for his 1978 ford LTD. This was a perfect set up for us to troll our friends with.
It was a different world back then and I am glad we never got caught by the real cops.

My uncle used one on his pickup in baton rouge circa 1973. He got pulled over for it, cops gave him a ride to my grandpas office (it was also during school hours). He got in serious trouble from my grandpa but nothing legal.
