Spinoff Poll: Worse birthday possible? 2/29 or Christmas day?

Any other terrible birthdays?
I gotta go with Christmas day.
You get screwed out of birthday presents because every present is a "Happy Birthday & Merry Christmas" present. You basically get screwed out of birthday presents.

That's a tough one. I always felt bad for kids with December birthdays.

My older sister has a c section scheduled for the 29th. One of her other kids birthday is January 2nd (close enough to Christmas)

2/29 easily.
The whole "Christmas kids get screwed out of gifts" thing is a big myth. If anything it helps random relatives remember your birthday who would otherwise forget. Not to mention, combining Christmas and birthday into one gift can help you get big ticket items from the parents that you wouldn't normally be able pull for your birthday alone.

Guess I'm a cheap bastard. I'd only think,"Whew, I only gotta buy one present a year."

Why would 2/29 be terrible? Celebrate on the 28th, no big deal. what's the problem?

My grandpa was born on 2/29 but they just wrote 2/28 on his birth certificate to not have to deal with it

My GF's is December 30th. It's bad enough. Usually broke until February

Christmas is the worst. Having to share your birthday celebration with a sibling is worse than 2/29.

We have baby number 2 on the way and the doctor gave us the option to induce on the 29th or the 1st. While it would be unique, it would be more of a pain in the arse.

Christmas
I suspect the older 2-29 people get, the more they like not having to deal with birthday BS

No matter how terrible you think birthdays are, nobody is giving their own birthdays away.
