Sounds like Wampold has ideas for his property on Bluebonnet.
With that in mind, and the new CVS, new Walmart,Casino, and Racetrack coming up... Does anyone in the OT know what will become of the Gardere area?

Heard of a possible hospital

A Walmart, a new gas station, and a new drug store? The place will be looking like Martha's Vinyard soon.

With the way the residents of Gardere shoot/stab each other, a hospital would probably be good.

It may just eventually fall down on itself. But, where will all the residents go?

Good question. I heard a lot of residents relocating to Sherwood area. Not sure though

That area is light years better than it was not too long ago. It will never be a budding young neighborhood again unless they do some demolishing but its at least going in the right direction.

I thought that is what is was coming to, but with the new Charter school in the area, it seems a 50/50 shot the neighborhood will get a total make over

The wastewater treatment plant right there is also a big hindrance. There will never be high value property there because it smells like shite half the time.

Agreed
I own a condo off of Bluebonnet and Burbank and was hoping to see the area thrive and property values go up

Since the sheriff substation placement, crime has significantly reduced. People was hoping the casino cleaned out that area but to no avail.
