Brilliant observation there, guy.
Maybe it's because their parents can afford boats and hunting leases.
How many of the people with those bumper stickers tell their kids to invite poor kids to go hunting with them? I'm guessing very few.

Or they grew up hunting public land and fishing off the bank like me. Just b/c you hunt and fish doesn't mean your parents are wealthy

I bring my son's friends with us sometimes if he asks me to. I don't ask for the parents gross income or anything though.

Actually the only drug dealers I've ever known personally were all hunters. Good point.

We used to rabbit hunt with some really poor fellows from Independence, MS. Dark as eleven thirty, too. Every litter we had, we would give them one and had them train all the dogs. Their kids got jobs, got married & raised their families. When hog killing time came, we would help them in exchange for meat. I wouldn't have taken them to my duck lease though. Our pickers were trashy white dudes.

No, I knew kids that hunted and fished who also stole and dealt... Granted it was just dealing the pot and adderal so that doesn't count

Plenty of tPOS hunt and fish. They might not be going on offshore triPS or hunting their own private land but its still fishing and hunting.

Maybe I should join the local DU chapter and propose a mandatory "adopt a minority" program. We could save the South.
