My anti virus is nowhere near up to date because I can't accept the updates because there's never enough memory.
First thing to do then is to clear some disk space. If you can't find things to get rid of by going through the disk manually, try to download WinDirStat. It's a little utility that tells you what files and directories are taking up the most space on your disk so you'll know what to go delete. LINK
Once you clear disk space update your virus software and run a scan and then download a program like malwarebytes and run a scan with it. It often finds things your virus software will miss.
