Some little kids get sick if they eat gluten.

I work with a woman who is "gluten free", and I put that in quotes because she eats so much shite that contains gluten that she denies. She does it because she has a "wheat allergy".

I ask her what happens when she has wheat products and she says she gets tired.

I promise you the majority of people on gluten free diets don't have celiac disease. They may feel bad if they eat it but it's not gonna kill them.

Everything I make is "gluten-free"

I never add gluten to anything. Just flour.

I'll drop off a few 5lb bags of rice. That ought to hold them for a week or so.

as they well should...staying in a shelter during a catastrophe is no time to be concerned with whether you are suffering from the latest in medical condition trends...

the only pepole that have to eat gluten free are people with celiac disease. Less than 1% of the people on the planet have it.

It really sucks for people who have it that people who are on a fad diet are taking the only food they can eat without dying.
