How the flying dog frick do you write something like this, that you know will be scrutinized without talking to someone (like maybe an Engineer) to get the right terminology?

There was a fire, rags in a bucket... Set by some S&WB employee to cover shite up... What I was told by a guy I know who works for NOFD...

Well I got a fricking emergency alert on my phone that woke up my entire house at 3 fricking AM that morning because of a fire that never fricking happened???

If NOFD was called, there is absolutely a report. All rolls are logged with info and a final disposition (extinguished,medical,investigation....)
