Got a 6 pack and didn't realize until halfway through a bottle that stickers are now being used instead.

End of an era.

Damn cost cutting.

You're lucky you even found bottles...lots of beverages are going aluminum cans-only. :bangshead:

They were bought out by A-B InBev about 10 years ago. No longer brewed in LaTrobe.

Aluminum keeps beer better for longer.

Why is this a bad thing? Cans are better, unless the beverage is being cellared.

Needs to happen. Cans are a much better vessel.

Rolling Rock has gotten way cheaper. It's nearly High Life prices now.

Bought a case of cans for 18.99 in Nashville this weekend. A sixer of Miller Lite was $7.99.

And Rolling Rock is so much better than any other cheap arse standard gas station beer, it's not close.

I think the recipe has changed since they were bought by AB and production was moved to New Jersey.

I think it has too. I used to like Rolling Rock. I noticed how cheap it was a couple of months ago and grabbed a 6 pack. I drank one and it gave me a horrible headache. I thought it might have been a coincidence and drank another a couple of days later and the same thing happened.

It tastes like horse piss

Even has a little stallion on the label as a reminder if you get so fricked up you forget what you're drinking
