No. Our president won't even say Radical Islam. This is not a leader that unites people.

No. They are already blaming the NRA more than whacko Muslims

Now that the feds are calling it a terrorist attack, will America finally become united again, such as after 9/11? I say no because this country has become so numb to tragedies that this isn't really that surprising to so many. I think that's fricking pathetic and speaks volumes.

We gave away a lot of freedoms and expanded the government after 9/11.

Spent trillions of dollars on wars too. I hope lessons were learned, and we're more intelligent about our future steps.

I think everyone is pretty united against Isis in the west

I hope we unite by sending 2 GPS guided bombs into their holes instead of 1 GPS guided bomb.

We don't have the political will to do what is necessary and I refuse to sacrifice any additional freedoms for guarantees of "safety".

Maybe we're disillusioned for a reason.

You might want to tell our president that. He called these guys the JV team and thinks we are safe from ISIS. Good leadership is hard to find these days.

Every mass shooting is a terrorist attack.

Isis immediately claimed responsibility for Paris.. This woman just posted shite about Isis. It doesn't seem like this was an attack that ISIS in the Middle East planned

You should review the definition of the word 'terrorism'.

They will not stop until they are eliminated. We could do like the Persians did: kill all of their people, destroy everything they've built or any link to their existence, and remove them from history. We can teach the kids the middle east is just one big sand box.

So let me get this straight:

1) American government and military leadership proposes Operation Northwoods in the 1960s to encourage attacks on American citizens to persuade the American public to support war

2) America creates and supports Islamic extremist groups in the 70s and 80s (some argue as far back as the 1940s) to fight proxy wars against our perceived enemy (USSR) and as an excuse to insert ourselves into the middle east for oil.

3) Those Islamic groups over time become ISIS which the US has armed and supplied from day one

4) ISIS attacks the United States.

5) American leadership uses attacks as reason to insert ourselves into middle east while chipping away at our basic rights.

6) Operation Northwoods a success
3)

Doesn't matter if it was plannedby them. If the acts were committed in the name of ISIS, its an ISIS terrorist attack.

This is correct, ISIS had no hand in what happened in San Bern. This is just one of countless examples of mainstream Islam being faithfully practiced

Just a thought, I'm sure this will be taken the wrong way. No question this is a terrorist attack by the common definition. I cannot stand this administration. But I work in an insurance industry, and after 9/11, most reinsurers refused to insure terrorism. Long story, but the government stepped in and complicated acts were passed.

Whereas anybody can call something terrorism, when the government specifically calls it that, it has many insurance ramifications, because there are some insurers that have excluded acts of terrorism in their policies. And this could effect the families of victims. That might be a reason why the government is slow in labeling something "terrorism".

Just a thought. I don't know for certain. I just know it does effect coverage in some policies.

OK, let the festus @ssraping begin. (I swear, I'm conservative as f*ck, fwiw)
