So is he gay or not?

I have really started to wonder here lately about a good friend of mine.
He's 40,single, never been in a really serious relationship with a woman that lasted very long and is an obsessive neat freak!
He goes out on the weekends a pretty good bit but from what I can tell, he goes out just to get drunk and hangout. I never see him talking to girls much and he doesn't seem to put getting laid on his priority list.
The dude has never grocery shopped a day in his life!! His mom buys all of his groceries and even puts them away for him. She also still buys the majority of his clothes.
Am I just imaging shite here or does it sound like this dude is a homo?
