Just because you can't see the disability doesn't mean it doesn't exist

I notice more and more every time I fly.

Bitches get doctor's notes for "anxiety dogs."

Apparently service dogs are also for people with a variety of conditions. Go up to some of them and ask why they have one.

What kinda other disabilities would merit having a service dog? Only ones I can think of are epileptics and blind people.

While many on this board are ignorant and have never dealt with someone with PTSD, a service dog can sometimes be the thing that grounds them and prevents a flashback.

Most of what you are seeing is probably bullshite, but I try to withhold judgement because you never really know someone's story.

You are aware that now anyone can get permission to have a registered Comfort dog. Its the new fad. If you take anti-depressants you now get to run out by any untrained mutt or any other animal and declare it a service animal.

Anxiety control. If I had to fly in and out of Baton Rouge/New Orleans, I would need pills or a dog too.
