unrelated but great advice, The MS beaches are gross because of those barrier islands

If you happen to ride the ferry out to ship island the gulf side beaches are as nice as anywhere else

They aren't "gross", and it's not solely because of the barrier islands. The water is clean but is more brackish because of more silt and soil in the water because of the MS and Dog River with the currents.

Lol. State of MS personnel board recognizes both MLK and Robert E. Lee on the same day.

Mississippi is one of three states — along with Arkansas and Alabama — that celebrate Robert E. Lee Day and Martin Luther King Day on the same holiday.

I'm just gonna call it like it really is. Biloxi is salty. They are blatantly taking a jab at African-Americans.

Why not celebrate multiple great American instead of just one great American?

No, i think they are being politically correct, so they don't get Hammered, if they wished a happy Robert E Lee day.

If they tweeted anything about Lee out, they would get crushed by sjw/snowflakes and media.

Here is the official notice from the secretary of state declaring Monday a holiday in observance of MLK and REL.. Don't see anything declaring it "Great Americans Day"... Can't google because all that comes up is people bitching about this tweet.
